Business class is totally empty ???I guess much competition in aviation sector…being Malayali we prefer Middle East route always..Maiami..Dubai or Doha..TVM..sorry Air India..no chance.

I can only recall the smallest number on Singapore business class starts at 10. That 6D got me confused till I saw the screen😂😂

The only thing I liked was the Tumi pajamas! The colors of the seats, golden pillow, etc., are too garish.

Spent so much money but how about seat occupacy ? And what measures have taken to fulfil the gap if any ?

It is an Air India 777-200er. It was Delta Plane prior to transfer to AI. Seat covers have been updated to reflect Air India colours. This flight is from prior to that change. Gold pillows are Air India design.

Somewhat good coverage but almost 14hrs flight,were the toilets clean plus any snacks offered that you could help yourself!!

This one is a 15 year old ex Delta Air Lines aircraft.

I have heard AI does not have good food service but to have a small snack and dinner on a 16 hr flight will not get my business!

Call me impress. That looks a real solid bus. product. A competitive one indeed. The food looks great. Finally AI trying to regain its former glory. Now I hope the regional bus. class in A320s will improve as well.
